It is a fact that human brain will like new thing and action and get bored early with repetitive action. Dancing on stage can also be repetitive. You start noticing yourself thinking about grocery lists or relationships, because in your sleep also you could do your stage show! LOL….
It is very important that you don’t permit this to ensue to you, because your expression represents your boredom. From this, your customer will become bore and will not show any interest in your stage show.
Effective tips to stay attractive:
Decide your dance number precisely – It means that decide five to six fast tracks for the evening and five to six slow songs for the daytime. Stick only to these tracks and ask to be played order wise. Tell your DJ operator that you are trying to do something new. If these tracks are not available then buy your self.
Perform Splits
Lots of dancer willing to have the ability to perform splits. If you are such dancer then you should ask a question to yourself that “why you want to perform splits”. You can perform kicking as well. Kicking high needs energetic flexibility whereas the splits need passionate flexibility. You have to decide that what type of flexibility you can perform. If you are able to perform splits and assuming that you are fit enough from hip joints to do the splits.
Front Split
There are two kinds of splits: front and side. In front one, you have to stretch out your one let to the front and stretch other at the back, whereas in side slit, your leg stretched out to your side.
Lots of strippers skips stretching steps without realizing that how much important it is to attract the customers.
Here are some advantages of stretching
• improve physical fitness
• enhance your ability to learn and perform splits
• improve development of body
• Reduce possibility of injury of muscles, joints and tendons
• Reduce muscular pain
• Reduce severity of painful menstruation.
It is very crucial that before performing stretching you should do general warm-up. It is not good to perform stretching when your muscles are warm. You should do slow movements both counter clockwise and clockwise, until the joint seems to move smoothly.
Usually, you should do the following when putting together a stretching routine:
First, stretch your back then sides then stretch your buttocks before stretching your groin or your hamstrings then stretch your claves after that stretch your shins before stretching your quadriceps and then stretch your arms before stretching your chest.
Stretching Don’t – Following stretches are considered risky due to high risk of injury but that do not means that these stretches will never be performed. If you perform these stretches with proper guidance, some stretches can be beneficial for you. Some of stretches are listed below:
The Yoga Plough – In this stretch, you lie on your back side and try to sweep your stress on the lower back and try to ouch your knees to your ears.
Traditional Backbend – In this exercise, your backside is maximally curved with the soles of your fleet and palms of your hands both flat on the floor and your neck titled back.
Straight legged toe touches – In this exercise, your legs will be straight and your back is bent over while you attempt to touch your toes or the floor.
Traditional hurdler’s stretch – This exercise has you sit on the ground with one leg fully flexed behind you, as you lean back and back and stretch quadriceps of the flexed leg.
Inverted Stretches – In this exercise, you “hand upside down”. Staying inverted for too long increases your blood pressure and may rupture blood vessels.
Massage
There are lots of dancers who are unaware of the benefits of the massage:
Increase Blood Flow – Massaging of the muscles helps to warm up those muscles, increasing their blood flow and enhance their circulation.
Removal of metabolic waste – The massage action and improved circulation and blood flow which results, helps to eliminate waste products from your body such as lactic acid from the muscles.
Give relaxation to massaged muscles – The massaged muscles are more relaxed. This is specifically helpful when you stretch those muscles.
